Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The process differs slightly depending on whether you have changed your mind or there is a problem with your order.
You may return most eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please tell us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from the product you ordered.
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Please contact us before posting anything back. Mystery parcels are considerably harder to reunite with their owners.

We will review your request and provide the correct return address and any information needed for your particular order.
Place the product, original packaging, accessories and instructions inside suitable protective outer packaging.
Obtain proof of postage and keep it until your return has been received and your refund has been completed.
For most online purchases, you have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling during this statutory period.

Products should be returned complete with their original packaging, labels, accessories, instructions and any complimentary items supplied with the order.
During the statutory cancellation period, you may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. A deduction may be made where handling has reduced the product’s value beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
For unwanted products, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where required.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service or obtaining a free certificate of posting.
Returned goods remain your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so please keep your postage receipt and tracking information.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to display the money in your account.
Whether the original delivery charge is refunded depends on why and when the order is being returned.
If you cancel and return your complete order within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for the products and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive or faster delivery service, the additional delivery upgrade cost is not refundable.
Original delivery charges are not normally refunded when only part of an order is returned, because the delivery service has still been provided.
Original delivery charges are also not normally refunded for change-of-mind returns made under the extended portion of our voluntary 30-day policy.
