Condition for returns.
- Return product must be in new condition.
- Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns must be unused.

How to return your product to us.
- Pack your item securely.
- You may be able to re-use the packaging your item came in.
- Return your item to any post office or arrange a collection.
- We recommend using a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee your return is received.
- Receipt or proof of purchase. This is the receipt you received with your order.
- Once we have received your return, it will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued within 24hrs.
- If you have not received your refund within seven days, please check the following or contact us for help.

- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your bank posts a refund.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us, and we will happily check everything is completed our end without any errors or returned refunds.
