RETURNS AND REFUNDS

It is essential that you are happy with your purchases. If you are unhappy, please follow the standard and straightforward conditions below for a smooth, easy return and full refund.

We offer a full 30-day return policy.

Condition for returns.

  • Return product must be in new condition.
  • Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns must be unused.
  • Damaged or Defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

How to return your product to us.

  • Pack your item securely.
  • You may be able to re-use the packaging your item came in.
  • Return your item to any post office or arrange a collection.
  • We recommend using a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee your return is received.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase. This is the receipt you received with your order.
  • Ensure your return is received within 30 days of your order, as after this time we will be unable to refund.

 

Refunds.

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.

  • If you have not received your refund within seven days, please check the following or contact us for help.

Please recheck your bank account.

  1. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted to your bank.

  2. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your bank posts a refund.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us, and we will happily check everything is completed our end without any errors or returned refunds.
