Delivery and Dispatch

Delivery and Dispatch

We always aim to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Normally within 1 day (Monday - Friday) when we receive your order by 12 noon. Once it’s ready, we’ll send an email confirming all the details of your delivery including carrier and tracking information.

  • Delivery is flat rate. Order as much as you like and pay just one low postage.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you can fully track your parcel from our Tracking Page.  You will also be emailed delivery information from Royal Mail.  If you provide a mobile number with your order a SMS text message will be sent when your parcel is out for delivery.

Royal Mail: Delivery date are aimed for dates.  Delivery can take a little longer.

Delivery days are Monday through to Saturday on Royal Mail Express, and Monday to Saturday on Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

  • Please note that at time delivery can be delayed due to busy postal periods and postal strikes.  We always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

  • * Please note that parcel delivery time is not guaranteed and are set by Royal Mail.  Next day delivery is a delivery aim provided by Royal Mail.

Returns and Refunds

It is essential that you are happy with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not completely happy. Please follow the standard and straightforward conditions below for a smooth and easy return and full refund.

We offer a full 30-day return policy.

Condition for returns.

  • Return product must be in new condition.
  • Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns must be unused.

Some exclusion apply.

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

How to return your product to us.

  • Pack your item securely.
  • You may be able to re-use the packaging your item came in.
  • Return your item to any post office or arrange a collection.
  • We recommend using a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee your return is received.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase. This is the receipt you received with your order.



  • Once we have received your return, it will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued within 24hrs.
  • If you have not received your refund within seven days, please check the following or contact us for help.

Please recheck your bank account.

  1. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank.

  2. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your bank posts a refund.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us, and we will happily check everything is completed our end without any errors or returned refunds.
