Delivery and Dispatch


Please note that our Delivery is a flat rate, which means you can order as much as you like and pay just one small delivery charge.

  • 1 Day Delivery - 7 days a week with Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

  • 2-3Day Delivery,6 days a week withRoyal Mail 48 Tracked.

Order all you want for: 

  • £3.99 P&P. 1-3 Days Delivery
  • £5.99 P&P. Next Day Delivery.
  • Free Delivery for orders over £39.99.

    Guaranteed dispatch within 24 hr or sooner (Monday-Friday), excluding bank holidays, when we receive your order by 12 pm.

    Once it's ready, we'll send an email confirming all the details of your Delivery, including carrier and tracking information.

    You can follow your parcel at any time using the tracking number shown in your dispatch email.

    For your convenience, we will email you with updates on your parcel, including when it is out for Delivery.

    Returns and Refunds

    It is essential that you are happy with your purchases. If you are unhappy, please follow the standard and straightforward conditions below to ensure a smooth and easy return, along with a full refund.

    We offer a full 30-day return policy.

    Condition for returns.

    • Return product must be in new condition.
    • Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached.
    • Returns must be unused.
    • Damaged or Defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    Some exclusions apply.

    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable products.
    • Some health and personal care items.
    • Sale Clearance products.

    How to return your product to us.

    • Pack your item securely.

    • You may be able to reuse the packaging your item came in.

    • Return your item to any post office or arrange a collection.

    • We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee that your return will be received.

    • Receipt or proof of purchase. This is the receipt you received with your order.

    • Please ensure your return is received within 30 days of your order, as we will be unable to refund after this time.

     

    Refunds.

    • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours to the original payment method used to make your purchase.

    • You will receive an email confirming your refund information.

    • If you have not received your refund within seven days, please check the following or contact us for help.

    Please recheck your bank account.

    1. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted to your bank.

    2. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your bank posts a refund.

    If you've completed all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us. We will happily check that everything is completed on our end without any errors or returned refunds.

    We are pleased to announce our partnership with Clearpay. 

    Clearpay makes paying for your item easier. Spread the cost over 4 equal payments. Payable each fortnight by Direct Debit.

     Clearpay in instalments

    Clearpay will divide your payment into 4 easy payment instalments, payable every 2 weeks by Debit/Credit card.
     Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf.
