Clearpay - Pay it in 4, always interest free / How it works

Clearpay makes paying for your item easier. Spread the cost over 4 equal payments. Payable each fortnight by Direct Debit.

 Clearpay in instalments

Clearpay will divide your payment into 4 easy payment instalments, payable every 2 weeks by Debit/Credit card.
 Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf.   • 30 Day Return Policy

    Extended fron 10th November 2025 to 10th January 2026. Allowing extra time to return unwanted presents.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know within 30 days and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

  • Our return policy is 30 days from the date your parcel was delivered.

Extended Returns for Christmas purchases.

  • From November 10th, our return policy is extended, and you have until January 10, 2026, to return any items to us.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We guarantee to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with further information and your tracking number, which will allow you to track your parcel's journey.

You will also receive an email when your parcel is out for delivery, and it typically has a 2-hour delivery window.

We offer 2 different delivery options and speeds.

  • Royal Mail 48 - This service typically delivers within 2 days after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail 24 - This service is a typical next-day delivery after dispatch.

✓ Both services come with full tracking.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Our Delivery time and price.

Our delivery is flat-rate, meaning you can fill your cart knowing there will only ever be one low price for delivery and packaging.

Royal Mail 48 - just £3.99 per order, delivery time typically within 2 days. Delivery 6 days per week ( Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays.

Royal Mail 24 - just £5.49 per order, delivery time typically next-day. Delivery 7 days per week to most locations.

Larger parcel maybe delivered by Parcel force and may take upto one day longer to be delivered.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
